June 6th 2009: Winton Approaching!
Heading towards the 7th and 8th round of the Australian Formula 3 Championship season everything is going well. We are currently leading the Championship with Team BRM by 18 points ahead of nearest rival Tim Macrow. So far we have had 4 wins, 4 pole positions, one 3rd and a DNF over the 6 races.
Winton is the next race weekend on the 27th-28th June. Once again its a track I have had no previous experience on so we will have to maximise the short test sessions on the run up to the weekend to ensure we give ourselves the best chance possible. I have been told Qualifying is critical at Winton as it is a very hard track to pass on so I will be giving it everything I have to make sure our #5 machine starts on the front row!!
